Karim Chelala is a financial and strategic expert with over 10 years of experience in corporate finance, financial modeling, valuation, corporate governance, and strategic advisory.
He leads engagements across a broad range of sectors including construction, renewable energy, waste management, real estate, agriculture, F&B manufacturing, fintech, and ICT.
His work spans financial assessments, business plans, investment memos, corporate valuations, and strategic recommendations for family offices, investment funds, and growth-stage companies across Lebanon, the GCC, and Europe.
Prior to this, Karim worked at a boutique M&A advisory firm in Paris, where he engaged in acquisition and fundraising processes for startups and corporates in the renewable energy, fintech, and software technology sectors.
Karim holds a Master's in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a Bachelor's in Economics from Université Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth.
